Final homesites selling at Hydeberry Rochedale

Less than 20 homesites remain in Mirvac's premium Hydeberry at Rochedale residential estate, with construction now finalised on all lots in the community.

In total, more than 85 per cent of the 133 homesites, which were released in two stages, have been snapped up, with the final lots attracting strong interest from local owner-occupiers looking to upgrade to a new home in Brisbane's inner suburban ring.

The first residents are preparing to move into their brand new homes in the coming months, with construction in full-swing.

Located just 14.5 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, Hydeberry’s final land lots range from 365sqm to 434sqm and are priced from $456,000.

Mirvac Queensland Residential General Manager, Warwick Bible, said with all homesites now complete, there was high demand for the final lots.
